(WSCI) the Company has entered into a fulfillment and marketing partnership with SpectraShield Technologies, Inc. to market and distribute SpectraKill RTU and Spectra DF-500. All SpectraShield products are EPA registered and approved. SpectraShield products use patented chemistry to safely disinfect homes, businesses and large commercial facilities. The application method of these products provides users a unique option to fit their disinfection needs. It can be used on a variety of hard, non-food-contact surfaces like bath and tile. It can also be used on soft surfaces such as couches, carpet, and vehicle interiors. WSCI’s headquarters and fulfillment warehouse are located in Dothan, AL.

Safeway Pest Elimination, LLC (“SPE”) was recently formed to expand into the international pest control chemicals market as both a manufacturer and distributor. SPE's headquarters and production facilities are both located in Dothan, AL. Initially, SPE’s primary focus is on pest control products that are environmentally friendly or "green". The Company’s products are safe for people, pets and the environment, yet they are just as effective (and in many cases, more effective) than traditional pest control products. SPE’s products are marketed commercially to hotels, multi-family housing, military, assisted living centers, etc. The product line includes all pest control, but in particular, effective solutions for bed bug elimination and mosquito elimination.
